I'm thrilled to invite you to something truly special—a nurturing FREE Trauma Informed Yin Yoga session with me followed by a complimentary 15-minute yoga therapy session with Shedeka, who is a yoga therapist in training for our November Trauma Informed Yoga Cohort.

This is a unique opportunity to soothe the nervous system and the mind. My yin yoga practice can help you invite curiosity into your felt experience and practice some tension release using blend of somatics and trauma informed mindfulness, while Shedeka's personalized yoga therapy session offers insights and support for your personal growth journey.
